The Bandaid: Border Security

The title may seem confusing at first, but when analyzed it makes perfect sense. This article will present the evidence that supports the premise for the idea behind the article.
Understanding the character, mindset, and agenda of Obama will reveal the reasons for his present and future actions.

Border security was the problem, now it is the bandaid to the problem. The real problem is Obama and his associates that created a thread running through their legislation that subverts the efforts of domestic tranquility, national security, and commercial transportation security.

Anyone that has been paying attention the past 24 months knows about the reduction of our individual freedoms. One example is HR 3962, Obamacare. This bill has been discovered to be so far overreaching that it will prevent the population from receiving proper healthcare that could lead to death for those at risk. It is dictatorial in nature, violating Constitutional rights of all citizens! Nowhere in the Constitution does it state that we have to buy healthcare insurance from the government, let alone go to prison if we don’t.

Pelosi and Obama put into the bill two sections that support this statement. Section 7201 — felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.
Section 7203 — misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

Other examples of domestic tranquility being destroyed are E9-2488, tied into HR1388. These two bills bring Hamas, Hezbollah, and Al Qaeda suspected members into our country through the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund and The Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000. Obama’s price tag for this is 20.3 million dollars, initially.

Turning our attention to transportation we see a danger from Obama when he cancelled a very effective program called CAPPS. This is the acronym for Computer Assisted Passenger Prescreening System under Title 49 USC Section 114 (h)(2). This was a counter terrorism system that helped to identify terrorists. Through the process of profiling it assisted greatly in revealing terrorists. The reason Obama dropped this program was to assist the Muslims from federal scrutiny just as he will change the charity laws for the same reasons.

Mohammad Fadel the President Emeritus of The National Association of Muslim Lawyers and The Muslim Advocacy headed by Awais Sufi, demanded that Obama change the charity laws so they could give undeterminable amounts of money without federal scrutiny. Obama will change the laws, but only under the radar.
Regarding our national security, on July 27, 2010, the ACLU joined the Muslim Advocates in an ongoing legal effort to seek full disclosure of unedited copies concerning investigative guidelines the FBI has issued
to its agents. This is an effort that is quite obvious in nature. If the Muslim Advocacy and NAML were to receive this information they could create an environment to stop the investigation, arrest, and conviction of these terrorists through the support of CAIR, ISNA, Muslim Brotherhood, MPAC, The Muslim World, League, MANA, the Alliance For Civilizations, etc.

Another issue that concerns national security is when Obama cancelled NASA’S Constellation Space Program. This was a critical program in NASA’S estimation because it allowed a maintenance of rocket lift capability to achieve space operations well into the future. Through Obama’s agenda it has made us dependent upon the Russian’s rocket thrust to get us into outer space. This dependency will set us back because the Russian’s and Chinese could gain a significant advantage over us. All the gain through dollars and effort over the past years will have been lost due to Obama’s lack of judgement in the space effort. Or is it part of his agenda subverting the three areas, national security, domestic tranquility, and discord in the commercial airline industry.

Obama’s threatening agenda is evident through his executive orders, legislation, and questionable actions. This is the real problem! Border security is important, but if it were to be closed, it would only be a bandaid when considering the other monumental problems created by Obama.
